• All FoLCs are eligible to vote.
• Your name and email address are required. Only one vote per person (not per email address) is allowed.
• You may vote in as many or as few categories as you like.
• Press the submit button only once and wait for the confirmation page.
• If you think you may have accidentally voted twice, email us immediately.

Fill out your ballot.
